Design
I use design to steer communication. When design is working well, it reinforces the message without drawing attention to itself. My work focuses on clarity, hierarchy, and restraint, using visual systems to guide readers through information.
I design many day-to-day materials myself, particularly when consistency, speed, and brand alignment matter. For larger initiatives, I work closely with designers and agencies, helping shape direction, review work, and ensure that design decisions support the underlying strategy and voice.
The examples below reflect how I apply design judgment in practice, across internal and external materials with different audiences and goals.
